2cnPre-cooked diced or sliced potatoes, drained
1 Onion, diced
1cMilk
1cnSpam or Treat or diced ham
2tbShortening Salt Pepper

Heat 2 tablespoons shortening in large skillet; add potatoes and onions; brown. Beat eggs and milk thoroughly in bowl. Add eggs and milk mixture and diced meat to potatoes and onions in skillet. Salt and pepper. Cook slowly on low heat, stir frequently Serves 4.
